What You’ll Be Doing

• You are the first voice our customers hear.

• Listen to homeowners, figure out what they need, and dispatch the right technician to solve their problem.

• Coordinate schedules, handle urgent issues calmly, and keep the operation moving smoothly.

• Keep clean notes and tags so our field team is set up to win.

Your effort matters here. Strong performance gets recognized and rewarded.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

• 1+ year customer service, hospitality, or retail experience (No garage door experience needed)

• Clear, professional, and confident communication

• Fast thinker and quick on a keyboard (40+ WPM with good accuracy)

• Able to pass background check

• Comfortable learning new software (CRM and dispatch tools)

• Resume upload + short video intro required

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceTitan experience

• Home services or trades exposure

• Comfortable with basic sales or collections conversations

• Bilingual (English/Spanish/etc.)
