🚪Open Position: Customer Service Representative — Metro Detroit

Starting pay: $20 to $25 per hour

In-office in Metro Detroit. Work from home options may be available after training, based on performance and staffing needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer inbound calls and book service with homeowners

• Flag urgent issues and route customers fast when appropriate

• Keep clean notes and tags so the field team is set up to win

Skills and Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in Customer Service/Call Center

• Clear, professional phone communication

• 40+ WPM typing speed with good accuracy

• Able to pass background check

• Comfortable using CRM and dispatch tools

• Resume upload + short video intro required

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceTitan experience

• Home services/trades exposure

• Comfortable with basic sales or collections conversations

• Bilingual (English/Spanish/etc.)

• Coachable and goal-driven
